Sorenson races into both Illini 100 features at Farmer City Raceway with World of Outlaws
On Friday afternoon, Dustin Sorenson made the long trek to Farmer City (Ill.) Raceway to join the World of Outlaws Case Late Model Series for the Illini 100 weekend.
Among 45 Late Models in the pit area, Sorenson qualified 11th-fastest and picked up the final A-Main transfer spot in his heat race. In the $10,000-to-win opener, Dustin brought back a 17th-place finish.
Once again racing his way into the main event through his heat, Dustin started 12th in Saturday's $20,000-to-win finale and brought home a 16th-place outing.
Sorenson is currently 12th in the World of Outlaw point standings.
