With 104 drivers checked in for the week, Sorensen kicked off the event by stopping the clock fifth-quickest in his qualifying group. Being placed in the third feature of the evening, Dustin recorded a fourth-place finish.

Sorensen picked up speed on Tuesday night by topping his qualifying group and finishing runner-up behind Kyle Strickler in the first A-Main.

Once again in the first feature of the evening on Wednesday, Dustin qualified third-fastest in his group and started the 20-lap feature from the second row. Overtaking Will Krup on lap three, Sorensen led the final 18 laps en route to his first victory of the week. He outdueled George Dixon and Cole Czarneski to the checkered flag who completed the Top-3.

Locked into a feature on Thursday by accumulating enough points, Sorensen went two-in-a-row as he found victory lane in the fourth A-Main of the night. Dustin took the lead with five laps to go and never looked back as he outran Cole Czarneski and Tom Berry Jr. who completed the Top-3.

With qualifying back in play on Friday evening, Sorensen qualified fifth-fastest in his group which placed him on the front row of the second A-Main. Dustin battled with Will Krup for most of the 20-lap feature and came up just short with a runner-up outing.

Locked into the Saturday finale through points, Dustin would roll of from the pole position to chase the $5,000 prize. Leading the first 26 circuits, Sorenson was overtaken by Kyle Strickler with just four laps to go. Sorensen slipped back to third before the checkered flag flew in the 30-lap main event.
